Humus

Humusul se poate prepara intr-o varietate de moduri, cu ingrediente care aduc aminte de specificul unor tari indepartate.

  1. Intr-o oala se pune nautul la fiert.
  2. Se curata usturoiul, iar dupa ce nautul a fiert se pune intr-un blender, se adauga apa minerala, zeama de la o lamaie, sare , tahini ( pasta de susan) si usturoiul
  3. Se Mixeaza bine pana ce obintem o pasta, se curata rodia si boabele ei se pun in humus pentru un plus de savoare ( dar se poate face si fara rodie )
  4. Se serveste alatauri de o lipie !
