Smoothie Lapte de Migdale cu Zmeura este foarte harnitor si plin de vitamine si minerale.

  1. Se pune laptele de migdale in recipientul blendereului
  2. Se adauga zmeura (inghetata sau proaspata) si bananele decojite
  3. Se porneste blenderul pentru 1 minut
  4. Se serveste imediat! Pofta Buna
