Our History
1. In September 2001, Henan Karls Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (KRS) was established, mainly producing transmission products such as sprockets, pulleys and taper lock bushes;
2. In July 2003, KRS expanded its production scale and obtained the import and export trade capabilities. The main products include sprockets, gears, pulleys, taper lock bushes, locking devices, couplings and other series of transmission parts;
3. In December 2006, KRS obtained ISO 9001:1994 quality management system certification in China;
4. In September 2009, KRS invested 12 million yuan to introduce advanced automatic casting production line, mechanical automatic moulding line and supporting smelting equipment. We have a production capacity of 20,000 tons of high-quality castings and can produce various high standard casting products below 50KG;
5. In April 2011, KRS invested 10 million yuan to build a new production base in Leshan of Sichuan province. The new plant was put into operation in March 2012;
6. In June 2014, the new plant obtained ISO9001:2008 and ISO/TS16949:2009 certifications.
