1.Product Introduction of TZM Sheet
TZM alloy sheet(Titanium-Zirconium-Molybdenum) (High Temperature Alloy) is a solid-solution hardened and particle-strengthened molybdenum based alloy. The development of a Mo-Ti solid solution and the fine dispersed Ti-carbides are responsible for the excellent strength properties at temperatures up to 1400掳C. The recrystallization temperature of TZM (Titanium-Zirconium-Molybdenum) alloy is approximately 250掳C higher than moly and it offers better weld ability.TZM Plate TZM Molybdenum (Titanium-Zirconium-Molybdenum) has a higher recrystallization temperature, higher strength, hardness and good ductility at room and elevated temperatures than unalloyed Molybdenum. In addition, TZM alloy (Titanium-Zirconium-Molybdenum) exhibits good thermal conductivity, low vapor pressure, good corrosion resistance and is machinable.
