Pastor of faith, author, and faith healer and TV presenter Chris Oyakhilome (also called Pastor Chris) is the founder of LoveWorld Incorporated. The company, which is also called Christ Embassy is based out of Lagos, Nigeria. He has inspired millions of people around the world with his distinctive telling of God’s Word.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was a child of faith, raised in a loving family and supported by his parents. He is the oldest son of Elder T.E Oyakhilome, one of the pioneers of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City, and Angelina, and the matriarch of the Oyakhilome family, who imparted her divine grace upon her son at an early age.

The entire family is engaged in the LoveWorld ministry. Reverend Ken is Ken’s brother , and a is a member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren (KattyWorghiren) is the director at the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry. This ministry has many gospel artists who are top-selling worldwide.

Pastor Chris has two kids, Carissa Sharon and Charlene. Carissa Sharon is following the route of her father in spreading the gospel of God to the world. Also known as CSO She is an award-winning gospel singer and is a part of LoveWorld Music and Arts.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome studied at Edo College before winning a scholarship to study architecture at Bendel State University, known now as Ambrose Ali University, where the student earned a BSc in Architecture. He also received an honorary Doctor of Science award. Additionally, he holds an honorary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Ambrose Ali University was where he found his calling to serve the Lord and go into ministry.

Pastor Chris directed the LoveWorld ministry to become an innovator in satellite TV and Christian production and programming on television. LoveWorldSAT was the first Christian television channel to be broadcast 24/7 from Africa via free-to -air networks. Today, LoveWorld television stations are accessible on satellite and cable networks around the world.

Christ Embassy has strong presence in Pastor Chris’s native Nigeria, South Africa and Canada. The ministry also runs two Healing Schools in South Africa, Canada and the United States, where Pastor Chris leads seasonal sessions, where miracles can be achieved.
